Who we are

What this website collects

Our pages are static. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — but only if you agree. Analytics is off by default (Google Consent Mode, with analytics_storage denied): no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing analytics-related runs. To withdraw consent, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns. We run no advertising or ad-tracking scripts, and we have no account or login system.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs — including IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

The enquiry form

The form on our contact page does not send anything to us on its own and we do not store what you type into it. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message already written out, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it there. At that point your message is handled by WhatsApp under their privacy policy, and we receive it as an ordinary WhatsApp message.

Information you give us directly

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep what you send — your name, contact details, measurements and order notes — for as long as we need it to make your garments, handle alterations and keep our business records. We use it only to serve you. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Third-party content

Our contact and location pages embed a Google Map. Google may set cookies and receive data when that map loads, under Google's privacy policy. Our fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so they do not share your data.

We link to our profiles on Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. Once you follow one of those links, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@outfitcustomtailor.com or call 081 444 6362 and we will respond. If you would rather not load the embedded map, you can use the plain Google Maps link instead.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, a booking system or any other tool that collects data, we will update this page and change the date above before doing so.
